Reiki for animals

I work with horses, donkeys, cats, dogs and a variety of other animals (although no spiders please!)

Horses really are a little bit of magic when it comes to Reiki.

They work with energy day in, day out as this is how they interact in a herd, and ultimately how they keep themselves safe.

Personally, I absolutely love working with horses. Their kind eyes and beautiful souls make working with even the most troubled horse a pleasure and an honour.

PLEASE NOTE: When I talk about Reiki and horses, I do offer Reiki to ALL animals. I just love horses!

How Reiki can help your animal

I work with you and your animal to offer exactly what they need.

I come to your yard or home and I'll initially ask you to complete a form

that will give me information on your horse.

I will then offer your animal Reiki.

I like the animal to be 'free' so that they can move around and show me what they do/don't want.

Animals that I see regularly tend to manoeuvre their bodies to my hands,

showing exactly where they want Reiki (this is magical!)

The session lasts as long as your animal wants it to, but it is usually an hour. They may want me to involve you in their session, they may want hands-off Reiki,

or they may simply want Reiki offered from a little distance away.

It is THEIR session, so I do my best to give them what they want and need.

Change, in whatever form, can be challenging for your animal to process. Reiki helps with these adjustments, and supports them with transitions.

Animals can form very strong bonds with other animals, and loss of a companion can have quite profound effects on them. Reiki helps process this grief.
